The Biosignature modulation program has really revolutionized my training. Getting an accurate read of my bodyfat % is hugely helpful, and it also identified that I am insulin resistant, which has really focused me on my carb choices. As a result, I'm at my lowest bodyweight and bodyfat percentage in years, and I've taken 4 inches off of my waist!

I ran the London Marathon this year, I started training about 8 months before and already had a good level of fitness but was not a long distance runner. I was advised by MyBodyRevamp all the way through my training and preparation, they advised me on developing my training plan and the importance of balancing nutrition with exercise.

They helped me work on both aerobic and anaerobic elements of training as well as the importance of rest and recovery. The advice they gave me was invaluable and enabled me to run the marathon at my optimum fitness level.
